"The Resilient Apocalypse and Positive Peace" - Author Talk

This is a New London Rotary Club Peace Event. Dr. Kushigian points to the portraits of "good" battling "evil" that come in many forms in the Hispanic World. Traditional apocalyptic scenarios signal the end of the world as we know it, with chaos, social upheaval, environmental disasters, poverty, taxation, revenge, hatred, conspiracies and fear clashing. Focusing on evidence of transformative endings and new beginnings, however, reveals the benefits of positive peace.
